Membership:

 All membership information shall remain the property of Brash and Sassy and its
 partnered services. At no time shall any personal information gathered from a
 customer be sold or passed onto other parties.

 

Layby Sales:

Brash and Sassy are happy to Layby your purchases.

Orders are to be placed by telephone during business hours:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Saturday 10am to 1pm

Layby minimum order: $100.00 NZ dollars

Laybys do not apply to any goods on sale

Items will be held for 4 weeks from date of purchase

Minimum deposit of 20% of total purchase including delivery charges (if applicable)

Payments are to be made fortnightly from date of purchase

Layby must be paid in full before the end of the four-week period from purchase date

If payments are not completed as per Layby terms & conditions, Brash and Sassy reserves
the right to return said purchased Items to stock with the buyer having the rights laid down
by the Layby sales Act, 1971

Cancelled Laybys will incur a service charge of 20% of total purchased goods

All orders will be completed at end of check out (were applicable)

Automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to customers registered e-mail address

Brash and Sassy reserves the right to cancel orders were, information and/or payment
cannot be verified or met, Products are unavailable for any reason.

 

Product description on the Brash and Sassy web site are as close to real items as possible,
at times their may be slight variations in colour due to new batch stock or photo lighting.

 

Faulty Goods:

Brash and Sassy will replace any purchases that are faulty upon arrival

If any Faults accrue after a given period of time as laid out by Brash and Sassy’s distributors.

It shall be up to the discretion of Brash and Sassy as whether to replacement or repair item.

In the case of replacement, if item is not available a credit to the value of the purchased item
shall be issued Brash and Sassy will arrange for faulty goods to be picked up and redelivered
by courier a service of our choice. If you choose to arrange your own delivery service then
you the purchaser will accept all cost incurred.


Warranty:

All Brash and Sassy products are supplied and are not manufactured by Brash and Sassy
therefore a no warranty policy applies to all products on the Brash and sassy web site.

Refunds:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return within 7 days of deliver

of purchase for a full credit refund to be credited to any item of the same value, if the
value is greater than original purchase then the client shall pay the difference.


Less any delivery fees (were applicable)

Products must be returned in original condition and packaging with any tags still be attached

The purchaser is responsible for all delivery charges incurred whilst returning product
to brash and sassy.

 

Currency:

Prices on web site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST

Overseas purchasers will not be charged GST , please email for freight charges.

 

Payments:

Brash and Sassy accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Direct Credit

If for any reason your credit card is declined an e-mail will be sent out and/or you will be notified
by telephone for further instruction and all purchases will be held for 12hrs.

 

Delivery:

Delivery times: Standard 2-3 days within New Zealand. 

 

Purchases shall be delivered as soon as payment is cleared and all information is verified

Regrettable we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses (please arrange an alternative)
For Rural Freight a delivery charge of $5.00 is required, or you may choose to use an alternative delivery address.

All deliveries are made by courier and a signature is required.

If you arrange for an alternate person to accept your delivery please insure their name is
added to the courier signatures on the (special instructions area on the delivery page).
